The "Mental Health: It’s Part of All Our Lives" campaign is being conducted in Ohio by the Ohio Department of Mental Health. The primary missions of the Ohio Department of Mental Health are to ensure that quality mental health care is available in communities to all Ohioans, particularly individuals with serious mental illness, and to provide inpatient and outpatient services to the public. Last year, Ohio’s community mental health systems provided services to 250,000 people, including more than 70,000 children. You can learn more about the Ohio Department of Mental Health here, or by calling (877) 275-6364.

Ohio also has a program focused entirely on school-age children called "Red Flags". "Red Flags" helps all adults who interact with children—from teachers and parents to bus drivers and school administrators—be more aware of signs that show a child may be having a mental health problem. "Red Flags" also provides advice and resources for adults in helping children with mental health disorders.
